Dr. Lim Sern Chin mempunyai pengalaman kerja selama 11 tahun dan merupakan Pakar Perunding Pediatrik, Hospital Selayang, Selangor.
Beliau telah menamatkan pengajian dari Universiti Kebangsaan Malaysia dengan memperoleh MD(UKM) dan MRCPCH(UK) dari Royal College of Paediatrics and Child Health, United Kingdom.
Beliau telah menjalani Program Fellowship selama 2 tahun dalam bidang Pediatric Rheumatology di Hospital Selayang dan kini sedang melanjutkan Program Fellowship dalam sub-kepakaran ini di Royal Children’s Hospital, Melbourne, Australia.
